The current implementation starts an call to
https://huggingface.co/api/models/anon8231489123/vicuna-13b-GPTQ-4bit-128g/tree/main?cursor=at the first iteration of the while loop inget_download_links_from_huggingface. This results in a{"error":"\"cursor\" is not allowed to be empty"}error, preventing checkpoint downloads.
