Integrate helgesverre/toon package to encode tool responses in TOON (Token-Oriented Object Notation) format for reduced token consumption when communicating with LLMs. Updated tools: - LogSearchTool: search, searchRegex, searchContext, tail, listFiles, listChannels, byLevel - ServiceTool: getAllServices - ProfilerTool: listProfiles, getLatestProfile, searchProfiles, getProfile - ProfilerResourceTemplate: getProfileResource, getCollectorResource - ServerInfo: extensions
