Description

A few things are implemented here that were discussed with @ThrudPrimrose, including:

Aligning the dotted line at the same y value on each row.
Displaying log values on the exponential y axis.
xs for bars that did not validate
Exact speedup numbers as labels for bars.
Error bars using the statistical technique called bootstrapping.
