Nice! I'm sure this work was long over due. Should we run translations as well, now that it can support multi languages? @laritakr |

Probably at some point? Maybe we should wait and do it after the upcoming bulkrax work? |

Summary
Adds use of translations throughout views, moving the fixed string text to
bulkrax.en.yml.Implements simple form translations for labels and hints.
Adds some hints to be more user-friendly. Additional hints can be easily added in the future as desired.
Adds css so labels are bold, so they stand out on the forms.
