Homebrew installs binutils under '/opt/homebrew/opt/binutils/bin/' on Apple Silicon, which causes build failures on Intel Macs. This PR adds logic to detect the host architecture and adjust the binutils path accordingly.
Verified to enable successful builds on an Intel Mac.
