In the latest release, elevation is also being scaled by base_length. Correcting theta computation to ensure that the elevation is scaled back
Updating tests releted to inclined pipes. The values are closer to the ones in the older versions. All tests pass

code change looks good to me. once this is merged into main, I can go ahead and pull the changes into the MNW branch as well. |
