Improve overflow behavior for text badges

Fixes #276

I did not find any issues with adding the styles mentioned in #276 (comment) to the shipped CSS classes.

However, it's hard to tell for me if this causes changes for users that could considered regression rather than improvements. Any feedback from @jenkinsci/badge-plugin-developers would be great.
