I’m Jean Carlo Codogno, a passionate and pragmatic tech leader with over 10 years of experience in full stack development, software architecture, and agile leadership. I’m currently the Head of Development at Satellitus, where I lead teams building scalable, resilient, and high-impact web applications.
I started as a developer who loved writing clean code and refactoring everything in sight — and I never really stopped. Along the way, I got into architecture, team leadership, and helping devs grow by sharing what I’ve learned (and what I’ve broken 😅).
