Add projectCalico.org/v3 schemas

Projectcalico recently added projectcalico.org/v3 crds to their repo.
ProjectCalico provides these CRDS in YAML, to generate these JSON CRDS, I have used openapi2jsonschema.py to convert them to json schemas.
