Prepare upgrade logic 3.3.0

Ensuring the following database changes will be executed when users upgrade to 3.3.0:

• The old assets inside the cloudinary_media_display theme option are replaced with the new one.
• The new text_overlay and image_overlay DB columns are available inside the wp_cloudinary_relationships table.

QA notes

• Ensure you have a fresh instance.
• Install the latest Cloudinary plugin version (3.2.14) from the Plugins area.
• Using this branch, generate a new plugin version as follows:
  • Change the version inside the .version file to 3.3.0
  • Run npm run package
• Get the cloudinary-wordpress-3.3.0.zip file from the package/dist/ folder.
• Replace 3.2.14 with 3.3.0 in the WordPress dashboard.
• Go to wp-admin/admin.php?page=cloudinary_lazy_loading and ensure this asset is used: https://res.cloudinary.com/demo/image/upload/w_600/leather_bag.jpg
• Go to wp-admin/admin.php?page=cloudinary_responsive and ensure this asset is used: https://res.cloudinary.com/demo/image/upload/w_600/leather_bag.jpg
• Ensure you can save text and image overlays from the Media library.
