Hello,
The citations.bib file was not tracking in the Q2 installation causing an error when running
qiime dev refresh-cache. The error looked something like:FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Users/username/miniconda3/envs/qiime2-2021.2/lib/python3.6/site-packages/sourcetracker/_q2/citations.bib'To fix this and ensure citation.bib is included in the install I moved it up a directory. This seems to have fixed the issue when I install it from the branch (i.e.
pip install git+https://github.com/cameronmartino/sourcetracker2@fixq2citations) and re-runqiime dev refresh-cache.
