Changes

Updates multiple dependencies across project files:

  • Bump actions/setup-python from v4 to v6 in rl-scanner action
  • Update auth0-server-python from 1.0.0b5/b6 to 1.0.0b7
  • Update fastapi from 0.116.1 to 0.115.11 and remove upper bound constraint
  • Update pydantic from 2.12.3 to 2.12.5
  • Update uvicorn from 0.38.0 to 0.39.0
  • Update ruff from 0.12.7 to 0.14.0 and remove upper bound constraint

CI:

Replace manual Poetry installation with the snok/install-poetry GitHub Action and configure virtualenvs to be created in-project.
