Support config kinesis StreamARN

Compared to setting the stream name, AWS recommends setting the Stream ARN.

Moreover, in scenarios where data needs to be written to Kinesis streams in other AWS accounts, only the use of the Stream ARN can do this.

Sorry to bother you again about the same issue. I noticed that you haven’t had time to review this PR yet.

I understand that since you no longer use this package in your work, it hasn’t received active maintenance. For example, even last year’s update only merged code into the master branch without doing a release.

I’d like to know whether you might be able to dedicate some time to maintaining this library. Alternatively, have you considered adding more maintainers to the project, transferring ownership, or moving the project to a separate GitHub organization to allow more people to participate directly in its maintenance?

Or would it make sense to simply archive this repository to support community-maintained forks instead?
