fix: sync v2.8.0 with latest documentation

Add missing documentation to v2.8.0 to keep it in sync with the next version:

• Kueue integration (English and Chinese)
• DRA (Dynamic Resource Allocation) support
• Fixed sidebar configuration

Now v2.8.0 and next versions have the same documentation.
