This PR introduces a lightweight pull request template to help contributors submit clearer and more consistent PRs.

It’s a documentation-only change with no impact on existing code and should be safe to merge.

@utkarsh9600 Thanks for your contribution. It appears that all of your PRs (this one, #260, and #237) include unnecessary files such as main.py.txt and README.md.txt. Could you please check whether you are working from the correct base branch and update the PRs accordingly?

Thanks for your patience.

I’ve cleaned up the PRs and removed the unnecessary files
(README.md.txt and main.py.txt). The branches are now updated
and based on the correct main branch.

Please let me know if anything else is needed from my side
