I guess the goal of this PR is not to bump the version but it is to add python3.6 support (maybe also python3.7).

You should not bump the pytango version in the requirements because this library is still compatible with pytango-9.2.1.

You may also add python 36 - 37 in the travis configuration file. As we want officially to support python 36 and 37, it might be a good idea to run the unittests for those python versions.
