Since I don't have a Google developer account, the installation is as follows.

• If you have the previous version installed, for a smooth experience with this release, remove the previous one before installing this one.
• For Kiwi browser, enable developer mode in kiwi://extensions and load the extreme.crx file you download from here.
• For desktop Chrome, download the .zip from here, unpack it, and after enabling developer mode in chrome://extensions, load the folder extreme in the unpacked folder.
