This repository contains examples of how to prepare and run Pulseq sequences on GE scanners using the community-developed Pulseq on GE interpreter12.
The current version of the interpreter is pge2.
There are also two older versions of the interpreter still available:
- tv6, the 'classic' TOPPE interpreter
- tv6 with MNS support
If you discover a bug/problem with any of the examples, please report it here.
Anyone is welcome to contribute sequence examples to this site.
