This PR updates
CloverPackage/CloverV2/EFI/CLOVER/config-sample.plistto include the newly added quirks:ClearTaskSwitchBit,DisableIoMapperMapping, andResizeGpuBars. This ensures the sample configuration reflects the latest supported features and helps users discover them.\n\nRequested by @stevezhengshiqi.
