Please make a RHEL 10 repo when you are able

Currently http://download.zfsonlinux.org/epel/ only has releases for 8.x and 9.x.

With RHEL 10 being announced this past week and their big marketing push at Red Hat Summit that just took place this week, the uptake of RHEL 10 will be a continual upward climb.

Whenever you guys can get around to putting runners in place to build ZFS for the 10.x line would be great.

Initial release images started getting available on the 13th of this month, but the full official release was this Tuesday (20th).
(I didn't expect day 0 support, but day 90 support would be nice)

Would love to see EL10 packages, Alma EL10 is also out as of 27th May
