Durability managment for ignitewithitem

I will be using a custom item to ignite the portal, The item will have a set amount of uses, is there a way to subtract durability from the item when using it to ignite a portal?

I'll create a feature for 1.1.0 where on the item section, you can do

.igniteWithItem("itemhere", (item) => {...}) // all item properties stuff

Okay, scratch that, 1.1.1 will have it. Needed to do 1.1.0 for a function name patch and new method
