Handle event bubbling

Suppose I have the following:

with lab.Tabs(...):
    for i, item in enumerate(items):
        with lab.Tab(
            tab_children=[
                TabHeader(
                    item,
                    lambda i=i: remove_tab(i),
                )
            ]
        ):
            ...

def TabHeader(item, remove_tab):
    with rv.Container(class_="d-flex p-0 align-items-center"):
        solara.Button(
            icon_name="mdi-close",

            on_click=remove_tab,
        ),

How would I prevent closing a tab from also selecting a tab? In JS, you'd handle event bubbling via event.StopPropagation. Is there a similar mechanism available/planned?
