During first time login I cannot able to get tfa for admin login. How can I change the admin email or get the tfa otp?

Hello, you should be able to configure the 2FA via Google Authenticator app or similar. After that, you can set you email and use it as backup method. However there is a bug causing to show you that can use the email as 2FA before configuring your email address that we are fixing and be released with next version
