How do you re-run privacy.sexy script after Windows 11 update?

Hi.

I suspect I'm missing something conceptually so apologize for a potentially stupid question.

I found that over a number of updates, MS has reinstalled things in Windows 11 that I removed using Privacy.Sexy. Today, there was another update and as far as I can tell Copilot and Edge ended up reinstalled. I'm also concerned about the MS screen capture device but not sure what its called so I can remove or disable.

When I open Privacy.Sexy after an MS , the button to "Run" isn't enabled. I have assumed that the last run script must be saved or available and that updates only show what is new?? I know that once I select some options it will run again.

I don't want to run through all the options as I saved the details of the last run. I was hoping I could re-read what was saved and just run that. I was happy with those results and would like to have the same settings. Trying to remember what settings I used a few months back isn't easy.

As I am happy with my last run and "saved" the last run, how do I read and re-run what I saved? I can't find an ability to import my last saved run and not sure if I should enable or run as admin the privacy-script.bat that was saved? I can't find any documentation that talks about this.

Any help in clarifying the operation on Win11 would be appreciated.
