Basically, the thing to this should be updating and implementing the things in the Like For GitHub Chrome extension by @Idnan.
Or, to reorganize it from time to time which can get boring easy.
Another approach is by prepending a tag (hashtag?), so anyone can then CTRL+F to see what he/she wants. Also, this will help to create a simple site that can filter by those tags.
Few ideas for tags: must read, must watch, video, article, tutorial, conf, dev, tech, crypto or blockchain, also by topic as git, linux, devops, javascript and etc.
