I don't know how to patch boot image to fix but the magisk patched boot.img don't make any change in system also not disable dm verity or force encrypt (unchecked all box keep dm verity, keep encrypt data when patch file), my current bootloader code is 6 in latest firmware, on xda have quite old patched boot.img to work with magisk so it not properly to flash and expired, tryed flash then have stuck in logo sometime. I don't like use custom rom so only stock rom root

Now the phone flashed magisk boot file, system status is custom but no root. No su or magisk file (browse inside twrp and try su command in android terminal emulator) The patched boot I provide is extract from magisk AP patch file. Android 8 magisk can remove encrypt and dm verity, root phone...

do you use only twrp and magisk or flash any other mod file, patch? I only use stock rom, no custom rom, pure magisk root method

no it's not. I tried many attemp method: adb sideload, sdcard, direct zip file in wiped data partition... use latest official samsung rom android 9 + twrp, magisk

I think you already flash a patch, then any magisk version will work
