Adjust activation_key auto_attach description for SCA

The relatively recent Red Hat Simple Content Access and it being enabled for everyone also means that the auto-attach feature is obsolete. I think the earlier Red Hat / Satellite downstream subscription model was the main reason for the existence of the auto_attach parameters of the activation_key role.

Given the above, it would be helpful to refresh the parameter description, perhaps even changing its default, see https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-ansible-modules/tree/develop/roles/activation_keys. Thanks.

This sounds reasonable indeed. Do you want to prepare a PR?

Please note, there is (intentionally) no default here in the module/role, so adhere to the default of the server. And looking at the code the default is "unset" these days.

To keep things logged properly, Marko, @jeremylenz and myself discussed this a bit further and got to a point that we think the following two changes could be beneficial:

  I guess here it makes most sense to add "Deprecated since Katello X.Y" and "Unused if your organization is in SCA mode"

  - `auto_attach`: Auto Attach behavior for the activation key. When true, it will attempt to attach a minimum of subscriptions (from the subset of assigned subscriptions on the activation key; selects from all subscriptions in the organization if none are assigned) to cover any present products on the host. When false, it will attempt to attach all subscriptions assigned on the activation key to the host at registration time. server defaults to true.

  I guess here it would make sense to put a "Unused with SCA" somewhere close to the beginning and drop the "server defaults to true." part (which is incorrect)

So far, not 100% sure about the wording, so no PR yet.
