Describe the question

Is there a way to display metadata for file hovering?
i.e
if hovering over an image, the right side preview shows:

[image rendered here]

Format: JPEG
Dimensions: 1920x1080
Size: 2.3MiB

I tried writing a shell script:

then I want to add something so when hovering over an image type it calls the script, something like this maybe? (obviously this syntax is wrong [[on]] doesn't exist
