Better handling of ya pkg upgrade?

I do not deliberately make any changes in my plugin folders, buy fairly often my ya pkg upgrade fails with this error:

 Deploying package `chmod.yazi`  

You have modified the contents of the `chmod.yazi` plugin. For safety, the operation has been aborted.
Please manually delete it from `/home/cagelab/.config/yazi/plugins/chmod.yazi` and re-run the command.

The update then stops, so no other packages can be updated, even those plugins without this error! I think two tweaks would help this:

1. Do not stop trying to update other plugins.
2. Allow a -f option to force update a plugin, which would manually delete the changes.

I think (1) is essential, and (2) would be nice but not necessary as yazi is polite enough to tell us how to fix manually. 😄

If this error occurs again, feel free to file a bug report with a minimum reproducer.

Stopping updates to other plugins when an error occurs is to prevent the error from being buried, making it difficult for users to notice. There's further discussion about this here #2600 (comment)

I plan to add a --force option, just haven't gotten around to working on it yet, there's an open issue tracking it #2735, closing as a duplicate
