Cron Error Message

I am getting this error after installing module and clicking the VtigerCRM Tools link. How can I fix? Is it referring to a setting inside Vtiger, or do I need to add a cron job on the shared server through Cpanel?

It looks like you don't activate the Cronjob of this VtigerCRM System. Please activate! Otherwise lot's of functions won't work like expected.
