Dets input in preprocess requires matching order to config grouping

Preprocessing requires that the grouping in the configuration file (i.e subobs-> use) be in the same order as the dets dictionary that is passed into preprocessing functions like preproc_or_load_group. It would be nice if it matched the keys instead.
