No audible or visual notification when ringing

As a user with ringing enable for ringcentral-embeddable-electron-app, I expect and audible and visual alert notifying me of an incoming call. Instead, I can only aware of the inbound call if I am actually looking at the app itself.

I do not see any notification settings and my audio is mapped to working speakers.

Hi @tylerssn Can you share what OS you are using?
It should have desktop notification and ringing voice when there is incoming call and app is minimized. And it will not work when window is closed as it is only run in window page.
