Intent to remove vanilla test app

With ts-toolkit being mainly advanced through the Thorium Web project nowadays, the maintainers of this repository have little bandwidth to maintain the vanilla test app, that is already outdated quite significantly i.e. it is still using version 1 of the packages.

It is unfortunate but we cannot maintain two different apps and are consequently intending to remove the vanilla test app from this monorepo.

We want to do this responsibly though, and need to know whether docs that were added with the release of version 2, are sufficient to help developers start using the Navigator.

Are there missing pieces? Did you spot inconsistencies, areas of improvement? Would you share your own notes through PRs if they could help others? Etc.

This discussion is aimed at getting feedback and listing what could be further done on the existing documentation so do not hesitate to chime in.

To improve the documentation it would be good to add an overview of features like Decorator and WebAudioEngine and how to use them, just like there is for Preferences in Configuring the EpubNavigator.

This is planned, as soon as I can start working on these modules. For Decorators it is also planned we implement a proper API as we want to make iframes private to navigator.
