constituency id seems to be in the format ECI state_id*100 + constituency_number

On closer look, it looks like ids generated by myneta. Have contacted them for a way to map official PC ids or numbers to their ids.

If the links from http://myneta.info/LokSabha2019/ can be scraped, we can make a lookup table to map state and pc_no to myneta pc ids

Whats needed: a list of constituency ids used in myneta urls from http://myneta.info/LokSabha2019/ and the constituency number and state name.

eg. 438, 1 , Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh

Note: it looks like only 91 of 543 constituencies are listed, since others are still being digitised. Its best to script the building of the lookup table in such a way that it can be updated from myneta regularly.
