Rewrite Vehicle view to be inline

In places where we show vehicles, we are inlining detailed vehicle information, rather than pushing a new navigation view to the controller. The vehicle view includes:

• name
• capacity
• saturation
• a final loop indicator, if it is close to the end of its loop
• a badge and link to the route it's travelling on (if not being shown in a route table)
• Create inline vehicle view
• Embed vehicle view in the station arrivals table
• Embed vehicle view in the route table
  • Selecting vehicle dots in the rail displays the view.
