💡Refresh token to be jwt how to config and jwks setup

Because I did not find straightforward documentation pointing to refresh tokens becoming JWTs under normal config.

its like I have a current set up of identity service in which we use lambda authoriser at top to allow any request in system but it only entertain the jwt tokens and for revocation we manage a Redis list of jti claims embedded in the tokens .
So I need refresh tokens to be jwt explicitly

I'm not going to be entertaining a self-contained JWT (or other) format for tokens which the AS is the sole audience for.

Thanks for your time sir and I am new to oidc and want to use this provider for shifting my service to it so is there any way to modify or something that I can do at my end to make the refresh token jwt because my top level authoriser is strict jwt tokens only ?
