Got an old Bun version from cache #146

We used to use Bun 1.3.0 and then upgraded to 1.3.1. Bun version is stored in .bun-version file.

We use the action like this

- uses: oven-sh/setup-bun@735343b667d3e6f658f44d0eca948eb6282f2b76 # v2.0.2
  with:
      bun-version-file: ".bun-version"

Log that we got

I deleted the cache key PFxRDTsQC2CBRTRk3TMxWNYXnd0= and after that it cached 1.3.1 with the same key.
