Describe your core improvement

This proposal adds pir_switch and wireless_awake entities to enhance Tuya battery based PIR smart cameras ( similar to Blink). Example devices are "Woox R4057 and Woox R4107" ( full instruction set below). These entities enhance the overall ability to trigger automation within Home Assistant. pir_switch will allow home assistant users to change the PIR sensitivity of their Tuya based compatible smart cameras. wireless_awake will allow home assistant users to see when their camera has awoken due to PIR activity and make automated decisions on that trigger.
