Connection to HA via http and https in parallel

It would be great if HA had ports for http and https connections open in parallel.

Current limitations

I do my HA development on my desktop PC. With the implementation of voice control, I want to have the ability to develop this on my PC as well. Unfortunately, the ui blocks microphone access if the connection is not via https.
If I switch HA to https all Handy apps are no more working. Is there a spacial reason for not having 2 ports listening for both?

Access via App and PC-Browser in parallel including voice control.
