Detect phone modes

Describe the feature

I can only speak from the perspective of a Samsung Galaxy phone user, but I believe such modes similarly exist for other smart phone brands.

Right now, getting this to interact with Home Assistant is incredibly clunky. The options are rather limited — you can trigger directly from the mode through SmartThings (cloud dependence) and then the SmartThings integration, or you can use a webhook (which can be slow and necessarily occupies the foreground of your phone as it opens your web browser), toggle a phone setting instantly detectable by a Home Assistant app sensor that you would otherwise never toggle (I do this with NFC for my sleep mode), or send yourself a notification which Home Assistant can then detect (although it seems Home Assistant can't read the actual notification, but rather just sees "com.samsung.android.app.routines", so this can only be used to trigger on for one mode, and it leaves you with a notification to get rid of). Detecting a mode getting turned off is also a challenge, as only some things (e.g. changing a phone setting) automatically undo that action upon the mode being turned off, while others, like the notification or webhook, don't do anything upon the mode being turned off.

By making it possible to detect an active mode on a phone, this would be very streamlined — faster, easier, possible to use for numerous modes, and generally just less finicky.

Use cases

Personally, I toggle modes from my Galaxy watch, which instantly syncs modes with my Galaxy phone. Again, I don't know if similar functionality exists for other brands.

Some examples of some convenient modes to be detected by Home Assistant:

1. Sleep - Turn off lights, disable motion activated lights, etc.
2. Theater - Dim lights, turn on TV, etc
3. Work - Make Adguard Home block distracting websites
4. Mood - Set bedroom lights to low in a romantic color. 😉
