Describe the enhancement

In its current state, there's no way to choose which URL will be used for the TTS API.
By default, the integration uses the Internal URL, which doesn't work with stricter network setups such as segmented networks or VLANs.

Allowing the user to at least choose between the Public and the Internal URLs, or even better, allowing the user to choose a Custom URL would improve usability and compatibility for more advanced network setups.

Use cases

This would allow users with more advanced networks to easily configure and use the TTS and local media features for Media Players.
