Describe the enhancement

When Alert entities are defined in configuration.yaml, they are created without an Area assignment. Since they also don't support the unique ID attribute, there's no way to assign them to an area via the settings UI.

Use cases

Adding this capability will better support conditional display of alert entities within room dashboards. Also, it will make sorting and grouping of alert entities more consistent with other entities.
