Visibility condition: time since last changed

Hello all,
Anyone knows a way to configure a card to have a visibility condition that only shows a card if a sensor changed in the last 12h?

Example:
I would like to have a card with logbook entries that is only showing information if there were some changes in the last 12h.

Something like this
