Describe the enhancement

Problem:
Helpers accumulate, and users quickly lose track of what each one does or where it is used.
Proposed Solution:
Add a simple text description field (just like Automations & Scripts have).

Use cases

When creating a new helper, add a field:
Description (optional): Explain what this helper does and/or where it is used.
Benefits:
Easier maintenance
Prevents accidental deletions
Improves clarity for long-running installations
Consistent with the UI design of Automations & Scripts
