Describe the enhancement

Currently have what appears to be two different versions of the TreatLife DS03 Ceiling Fan Dimmer Switch. Both switches display properly in the Tunya app with Light and Fan controls (although the UI looks a bit different), but when pulled into Home Assistant the device with a product id ea88zei7auxu48s6 only shows fan controls. I have multiple DS03 with a product id of ipyqwvhvzzjezv35 that are working correctly with both light and fan controls.

Switch missing light controls:
product_id: ea88zei7auxu48s6
product_name: Fan Dimmer Switch

Switch with Light and Fan Controls:
product_id: ipyqwvhvzzjezv35
product_name: Ceiling Fan Dimmer Switch

Use cases

This would allow full functionality of the DS03 Ceiling Fan Switch with a product ID of ea88zei7auxu48s6. Currently provides only fan functionality.
