Embed in locally installed Wordpress instance.

Configuration:

• LHS is setup on a public domain.
• I want to work locally for dev speed.

Problem: When I embed the widget code on a public url it works great with a declared url. When I embed the code in a local Wordpress or even a plain Apache/html page, the widget doesn't render.

Troubleshooting done:

• Setup local.dev as a hostname in my hosts file + on LHS server on the web.
• Tried no declared domain for the embedded coded on the public LHS server + embed code locally
• Tried Apache+Wordpress, Apache+html, php webserver+html.
• Read the following documentation: https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/integrating
• Searched the discussion forums for local and related search terms.

This feels like I am missing something obvious.

QUESTION: How do we use a publicly hosted LHS server with a local dev environment?

You should see chrome console what blocks it, as i always use fqdn domain names :)
