Clean up the virtualization mechanism #98
Description
We currently have odmView that enables a virtualization of elements, which can be composed into specialized interfaces as seen by a consumer of an instance.
An explicit mechanism like odmInterface should be introduced for this purpose.
The quality "odmComponent" is not needed to define inclusion of a definition in an odmInterface.
We need to clean this up and create some examples
