Total last count does not match Farm breakdown?

Why does total last count does not match Farm breakdown (adding creeps + neutrals)?
Are ancient creeps included in neutrals count?
Which one of the counts can we use to show total last hits calculations?

For example: https://www.opendota.com/matches/8130507621/farm
Bloodseeker got 430 total last hits (in-game statistics got 430 too).
But total amount of Farm breakdowns is not the same
