Add HLA LOH functionality #194

Description of feature
Loss of heterozygocity (LOH) can be common in cancer tissues. There are already tools, nextflow pipelines that determine LOH such as https://github.com/TRON-Bioinformatics/tronflow-hla-hd or https://github.com/McGranahanLab/mhc-hammer/tree/main. Both using HLA-HD (academic free license): https://w3.genome.med.kyoto-u.ac.jp/HLA-HD/. Looks harder to implement. Maybe worth to look into alternative tools. Anyway I think this information would greatly benefit the pipeline.
