Create Jupyter notebook that demonstrates API

This would enable users to perform deeper analysis of the data beyond the MANGO UI and would be useful for validation efforts against gmonitor.

Demo the following:

• retrieve full-res data for large temporal ranges (would require breaking up the requests)
• plot data
• export as CSV
